Has Miley Cyrus found love down in New Orleans? The 18-year-old pop star, who just finished shooting the movie So Undercover on location in Louisiana, seems to be getting close to costar Joshua Bowman. A guest at the wrap party told E! that the two actors have been "inseparable." So who is this guy, exactly?
Bowman, 22, is a 6-foot-tall former rugby player who hails from Berkshire, England. Although he studied drama in New York City, he's worked mainly in the U.K. until now. Check out this fan video of Bowman on the BBC medical series Holby City!
Prior to Miley, Bowman was already known for his celebrity schmoozing. In 2009, the paparazzi caught him on vacation with Amy Winehouse in St. Lucia. When the press approached him, he was basically a gentleman about it.
"She's just a cool girl, very nice, and we're just very friendly... I can't say much more than that," Bowman told the papers. The actor added that he would "rather get my name out there because of my acting rather than who I'm being photographed with." Sorry, Josh -- it's just that you keep dating famous people!
Although Cyrus and Bowman spent the past three months together working on So Undercover (in which Miley plays an investigator who infiltrates a sorority), it remains to be seen if the romance will continue long-distance. For now, Cyrus is in L.A. without him -- but if So Undercover makes him a breakout star, maybe he'll want to move to Hollywood, too.
