TMZ has learned.Hilton immediately snagged attorney David Chesnoff, a famous Vegas lawyer who has represented a slew of celebs including David Copperfield, Suge Knight and Vince Neil.Chesnoff sprung Hilton from jail hours after her arrest.We're told Chesnoff is not going to waive the white flag by any means. The Saga Continues: Speidi Wants Couples Counseling!
We don't know how much more of this crap we can report on.
Honestly, you know this is all BS. We know that this is all BS. But Speidi, well, their deranged minds have been so warped by the glitz and glam of showbiz that we doubt they know much of anything anymore?except that if they keep talking and making shit up, someone is bound to pay attention to them.
And in the end, that is all they really want.
This morning, the story coming out of Speidi Lie Factory is that Spencer Pratt wants he and Heidi Montag to go to couples counseling and sort things out. He reportedly still "loves" Heidi and will do anything to stop this divorce.
And what does Heidi say? She's down for it, as long as MTV agrees to film the sessions for a new show Spencer puts an end to this whole sex tape business.
Oh, and here's one we bet you haven't heard before. If they go to counseling, Spencer would like to receive additional treatment for, wait for it, "fame addiction!"
Wow! WOW!
You know, they say the first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem. Too bad in this case Spencer admitting he has a fame addiction is just aiding in the addiction!

Woody Allen Unable To Shoot Movies In New York
It turns out that if Woody Allen tried to make his iconic film Manhattan today, he?d have to shoot it in Barcelona.
Due to the relatively low budget of Woody Allen?s films, he has to shoot them in European cities because New York has become too expensive to film in.
It?s not such a bad thing, though. Allen says he thinks Spanish actors are among the best in the world, naming Antonio Banderas (who stars in his latest film, You Will Meet A Tall Dark Stranger), Javier Bardem, and Penelope Cruz.
"I'm lucky I got to work with the very best ones," said Allen.
Allen has been shooting his next film, Midnight in Paris, in Paris. French first lady Carla Bruni-Sarkozy plays a minor role.

The woman accused of slashing Leo DiCaprio's face with a drinking glass was in court this morning lashing out at the actor, claiming he started the physical altercation and the whole thing is a cover-up.Aretha Wilson's lawyer asked the judge for a toxicology report on the actor the night of the incident, as well as his medical records.� The lawyer claims the case is a cover-up -- that Leo didn't even report the incident for 3 days, and the 5 witnesses are telling inconsistent stories.In addition to the toxicology report (Leo went to the hospital that night for stitches and doctors may have done a toxicology), the lawyer wants Leo's rap sheet.As for what started the fight at the home of Rick Salomon, Paris Hilton's sex tape partner, Wilson's lawyer says his client said to Leo, "You guys are a bunch of f*gs.� Why don't you go butt f**k each other."� The lawyer says that set Leo off and he approached Wilson in a threatening way.Leo's lawyer, Blair Berk, says, "These are outrageous lies and a classic case of trying to re-victimize a victim in a violent assault." Wyclef Jean has reportedly not given up on his aspirations to become the next president of Haiti, and plans to send a lawyer to the courts to appeal their rejection of his candidacy!
He claims that he has legal papers "which shows everything is correct and "feel that what is going on here has everything to do with Haitian politics."
It will certainly be interesting to see how this all unfolds!

It's no secret that Julia Roberts shares some bad blood with her brother Eric, but according to him, any feud that was once between them is long since over. He's told sources that since the birth of her twins, the two have reconnected. He explained:
?There was never really a feud. We?re brother and sister and we both have really strong opinions about things, so it?s a lot of ?fuck you,? ?no, fuck you? and hanging up the phone. But it got so blown out of proportion. We stopped talking and then with the birth of the twins we started talking again. Now we talk almost every day. I like her."

Axl Rose's Twitter Hacked, GNR Tour NOT Canceled

Guns N' Roses fans got some pretty sad news last night when they saw a message on Axl Rose's Twitter account that read:
All upcoming Guns N' Roses dates are officially cancelled. Please contact your place of purchase for any refunds.
But it turned to be a hoax, especially since Axl is not even active on Twitter.
Fans got suspicious when they saw that he hadn't posted via iPhone like his other messages and also used the British spelling of "cancelled."
Concert organizers Festival Republic posted a statement, saying:
"Festival Republic are informed by GN'R management that Guns N' Roses have NOT canceled their performances at Reading & Leeds and that Axl Rose's twitter account was hacked into and all claims of dates being cancelled are unfounded."
Guns N' Roses is scheduled to headline the Reeding and Leeds Festivals on August 27 and 29, as well as several other European dates.

Miss USA, Rima Fakih, and Miss Trinidad and Tobago, LaToya Woods, show off these looks in the examples below: Some think these photos go too far. "It's alarming that this has been turned into a Playboy-esque masquerade," Angie Meyer, a former pageant employee, told Fox News. "By implementing topless photos as part of the pageant process, they're putting applicants in an extremely compromising position."
